After-Hours Care for Injuries

With high school football, volleyball, and other sports well underway, injuries are inevitable. Summit Orthopedics offers an after-hours clinic for athletes and other activity-goers who need quick and convenient care.

OrthoQUICK is designed to help people of all ages and activity levels experience less down time from an injury and resume an active lifestyle as quickly as possible. It allows patients with an unexpected orthopedic injury to be seen by an expert in orthopedic care from Summit Orthopedics without waiting for an appointment.

OrthoQUICK is open from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. It is located in the Woodwinds Health Campus’ Birch Center at 1875 Woodwinds Drive, Suite 150 in Woodbury.

“We see all types of injuries from various active lifestyles, including high school sports,” says Eric Khetia, M.D., of Summit Orthopedics. “No appointment is needed, so injuries can be seen and evaluated immediately.”

The types of injuries seen at OrthoQUICK include orthopedic injuries such as fractures, sprains, and muscle strains suffered from a collision during an athletic event or sudden movement while performing a strenuous activity.
