Meet Our Newest Surgeon, Dr. Kamil Erfanian!

Dr. Kamil Erfanian graduated cum laude from the University of California at Irvine, where he majored in electrical engineering, prior to obtaining his master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and later his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.

After graduate school, Dr. Erfanian performed his general surgery residency at Brown University and Rhode Island Hospital. He then received specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery through residency training at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He completed his fellowship training at the University of Southern California, where he specialized in hand surgery and microsurgery.

“Through my extensive study and treatment of hand disorders and injuries, I am committed to finding the best pain relief solutions for my patients,” Dr. Erfanian says.

In addition to authoring articles and presenting lectures at multiple conferences on surgical procedures of the hand, Dr. Erfanian is an active member of the American Association for Hand Surgery and is certified by the American Board of Surgery, American Board of Plastic Surgery and Subspeciality of Surgery of the Hand.
