Meet Our Newest Doctors, Dr. John L. Etcheverry and Dr. Maxim Moradian!

A Bakersfield native, Dr. John L. Etcheverry graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California, where he majored in biology, prior to obtaining his medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Following medical school, Dr. Etcheverry completed postgraduate training at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Sacramento and Santa Clara.

As a board-certified podiatrist, Dr. Etcheverry’s practice is focused on foot surgery, reconstructive rearfoot surgery, and ankle surgery, using the latest and most advanced surgical techniques.

When he isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Etcheverry enjoys camping, cycling, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. Maxim Moradian is a Glendale native. After graduating from Occidental College, Dr. Moradian received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. Following medical school, he completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, then an interventional pain and sports medicine fellowship at Orthopaedic & Spine Specialists in York, Pennsylvania, under the guidance of nationally recognized interventional physiatrist Dr. Michael B. Furman and his colleagues.

In addition to interventional pain management and sports medicine, Dr. Moradian also specializes in electrodiagnostic testing and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

When he isn’t seeing patients, Dr. Moradian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, relaxing at the beach, playing water sports, billiards, baseball, tennis and soccer, skiing and bowling.
